VMware Administration
Mobile Admin offers a comprehensive set of management features for virtual
machines registered on a VMware server. With Mobile Admin, when a critical
server goes down an IT Administrator can get a copy running from a virtual
machine right away from any computer or handheld device. Once the service is
restored, the issue can be diagnosed with the original.
Features include:
- Control Virtual Machines — start, stop, suspend or reset
virtual machines - both "soft" and "hard" operations
- View Information — view virtual machines registered on a
VMware server, including status and configuration
- Setup — answer virtual machine startup questions
- ESX Servers — view VMware ESX server status information
