What is Mobile Citrix Client?
Mobile Citrix Client allows BlackBerry users to securely access and use
thousands of Windows based applications published on a XenApp (formerly Citrix
Presentation Server) including the Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, PeopleSoft,
Lotus Notes, Crystal Reports, Cognos and any custom application.
You can view the graphical windows of these different applications and control
the mouse and keyboard, right from your BlackBerry smartphone.
Connection Types
Mobile Citrix Client lets you connect to your Citrix XenApp by using one of the
following connection methods:
- MDS Service on a BlackBerry Enterprise Server
- TCP/IP
- BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS)
- WiFi

- XenApp (formerly Citrix Presentation Server) connections with HTTPS, SSL or RC5
