For a better user experience, it is highly recommended that a new Mobile Web Interface component is installed by the Citrix administrator onto the Citrix Web Interface server. The Client component is installed onto every users BlackBerry smartphone.

Mobile Web Interface Download

The Mobile Web Interface must be installed onto the Citrix Web Interface server. This should be performed by the Citrix Administrator.

BlackBerry Client Download

There are four ways to download the latest version of Mobile Citrix Client. Choose one!

Option 1 - Download and Install it Wirelessly

  1. On your wireless handheld, open the browser application and go to ota.rovemobile.com.

  2. Click the link to Download Mobile Citrix Client. The correct version for your device will be automatically detected and downloaded.

Option 2 - Request the Download Link in an Email

We'll send you an email with the download link.

Open the email on your wireless handheld, then click the link to download and install the software directly to your handheld.

 
 

Option 3 - Use the BlackBerry Application Web Loader (BlackBerry smartphones only)

To load Mobile Citrix Client directly onto your BlackBerry smartphone using the Web Loader, click the link below, using Internet Explorer as your browser:

Option 4 - Download and Install from your Desktop
 

  1. Download the installation zip files for your device:
  2. Unzip the files to a directory on your PC.
  3. Upload the files to your wireless handheld using a USB cable, infrared, or Bluetooth.
